Faux rentals are cost-effective, stress-free, eco-conscious, and available year-round. No wilting, no weather worries, and no last-minute floral emergencies.

Will the flowers look real in photos?

Yes. Our designs use premium, realistic stems that photograph beautifully—most guests won’t realise they’re faux!

 

Rental Process

How does renting wedding flowers work?
You select your designs, colour palette, and quantities. We then prepare them for pickup, (or delivery), and collect the florals after your wedding - simple and seamless.

 

What items are available to rent?
Please visit the tab at the header of our web page titled "collection" and explore the sub headings. Our rental range includes Bridal & bridesmaid bouquets, Ceremony arches & installations, Aisle arrangements, Table centrepieces, Signage & Pedestal florals.

 

Can I mix rental items with custom pieces?
Yes, many couples rent core feature pieces and add a few bespoke items of their own for a personalised touch.

 

Customisation & Styling

Can I customise the colours or style?
Our rental collections are designed around curated colour palettes and styles, but minor adjustments are usually possible depending on colour and availability.

 

Can I view the flowers before booking?
Yes, we usually start with detailed photos, video calls, and then move towards sample viewings.

 

Do you offer styling and setup?
Yes, we offer on-site setup and styling for ceremonies and receptions. Styling packages vary by location and scale.

 

Weddings & Logistics

How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking as early as possible—popular dates can book out 6–12 months in advance. Saying that, we also work with a lot of last minute bookings too!

 

Do you work with venues and planners?
Yes, we can coordinate with venues, planners, and stylists to ensure smooth setup and pack-down.

 

Can faux florals be used outdoors?
Yes, though extreme heat, rain, or wind may limit certain designs. We’ll advise on what works best for your venue.

 

Pricing & Payments

Is renting faux flowers cheaper than fresh flowers?
In most cases, Yes! Rental florals offer a luxury look at a lower cost, especially for large installations.

 

Do you require a deposit?
Yes, a non-refundable booking fee is required to secure your date, with the Bond and balance due prior to the wedding. Refer full Terms and Conditions.

 

Is there a security bond?
Yes, a refundable bond applies and will be returned once items are checked after collection.

 

Care & Responsibility

​

What happens if an item is damaged?
Normal wear is expected. Significant damage, or missing items may incur repair or replacement costs.

 

Do we need to clean the flowers before return?
No - just pack them carefully as instructed and we’ll handle the rest.

 

What is the appropriate way to take care of the rental pieces?
Our arrangements require very little care, but they are delicate and need to be looked after accordingly.

Cleaning: If you need to clean them, never use Cleaning solutions / Mineral Turpentine etc. - they will damage the colour and the plastics in the arrangements. If you have to - use warm soapy water.

​

Dusting: We recommend a hairdryer on low heat to blow away the dust, or a hand vacuum cleaner on low setting.

​

Transport: Please use the provided boxes etc. when transporting pieces.

​

Sunlight: They will be alright in full sun temporarily during your event, but please avoid leaving them exposed for longer periods than this because they will fade and become brittle.

​

Wind: Be careful as the arrangements will catch the wind easily.

​

Rain: Keep dry, as the stems contain metal and will rust if they are rained upon.

Are faux rental flowers environmentally friendly?
Our rental model reduces waste by reusing florals across multiple weddings, making it a more sustainable alternative to single-use fresh flowers.

 

Delivery, Collection & Returns

​

Do you deliver and collect the flowers?
Mostly we are "Customer pickup and drop off", but delivery and collection options vary by location and package.

 

What if my wedding date changes or is cancelled?
We understand plans change. Our rescheduling and cancellation policies are outlined in your contract.
